Rems on the Road - Movin & Groovin to our next stop...Menopause The Musical 2

We are thrilled to announce that Megan from Osteosound and I will be bringing our REMS on the Road tour in support of Menopause the Musical 2 at The Centre and the Square located in Kitchener on the evening of Friday May 24th.

Menopause The Musical 2: Cruising Through 'The Change"® is the sequel to long-running, international hit show Menopause The Musical®, a groundbreaking celebration of women who are on the brink of, in the middle of, or have survived “The Change.” Menopause The Musical 2® continues to empower women which is perfectly aligned with our mission.

We strive to connect with as many women as possible to talk to them about the important role that movement, mobility and musculoskeletal health plays on their overall health as they navigate through the ages and stages of life.

Menopause can wreak havoc on the musculoskeletal system and finding fun, innovative and engaging ways to share our message is our goal. We can't wait to join women for an evening as they find levity in the ups and downs of menopause.

Laughter, education and a sense of community are a winning combination for a fun night out.

That's Meg and I are pulling out our retro outfits and bringing our Osteosound REMS innovative Health Canada approved technology to the theatre to spark discussion.

If you have enough life experience to remember these groovy outfits from the 60's & 70's, it is time for you to take action and get a comprehensive picture of your bone health status!

Menopause is often the time in life where we see a big change in our musculoskeletal health. With the loss of estrogen, women may face muscle and bone loss.

This technology is not only radiation free and accessible to anyone age 21 and over but it can also provide you with information about both your bone mineral density (TScore) and your bone quality/strength.

Did you know that it is possible to positively impact your bone quality and strength through making wise lifestyle choices?

Meg and I are passionate about stocking your perimenopausal and menopausal handbag with effective, evidence informed tests, tools and strategies to help you switch from just surviving to THRIVING! And we are bringing some of those tools to the theatre with us on May 24th so you can experience them firsthand.

Bone health should be a generational conversation. You don't have to wait until it is too late to check the status of your bones. For the first time in 40 years, we have an opportunity with this new technology to proactively monitor the status of our bones.

Grab your mothers, daughters, granddaughters or girlfriends and join us for a fun night out at the theatre packed full of laughs and education that will put you into the driver's seat of your health.

If you want to be movin and groovin through all stages of life so it is time to take action and book your bone scan today.

Buy your tickets before they sell out and be sure to drop by and visit us in the lobby where you can enter for a chance to win a complimentary bone scan and receive your discount coupon code for a scan in a community near you!

Hope to see you there! ☮️ 🦴 ✌️
