What is Fascia Stretch Therapy™

I'm a Level 4 & Sport Fascia Stretch Specialist certified through The Stretch to Win® Institute in Arizona. I've been practicing this therapy for 11 years. Fascia Stretch Therapy™ (FST) has been around since October 2000. Yet many people have never heard of it, let alone had a session. Over the last decade I have personally seen how this therapy has changed the lives of my clients in not only their physical health but also their emotional and mental health. Before getting into what FST is you must first understand what fascia is.
What is fascia?
Fascia is a continuous head to toe web of connective tissue that holds and connects muscles, organs, bones, tendons, ligaments, and nerves throughout the entire body. Fascia affects and is affected by all systems in the body.

It provides structural support, facilitates movement, and plays a crucial role in overall health and function. When fascia becomes restricted due to immobility, injury, or lifestyle factors, it can lead to pain and reduced function, negatively impacting all aspects of life.
What is FST?
A unique system of assisted stretching that targets fascia and joints throughout the body. It’s a gentle and painless technique that facilitates a deeper stretch. The goal is to increase space in the joints so your body moves with more freedom.

FST is a unique, pain-free, assisted stretching system that facilitates a deeper stretch and focuses on the fascia and joint capsule to achieve optimal flexibility, strength, balance, agility, proprioception, performance, and pain relief.
Unlike traditional stretching methods that isolate individual muscles, FST targets entire fascial nets, releasing tension and creating space in the joints so your body moves with more freedom. This approach not only improves physical function but also significantly improves sleep and reduces stress, offering a holistic impact on both mind and body.
What are the benefits of FST?
-Reduce tightness, tension, pain
-Improve functional movement, mobility, sports performance, digestion and sleep
-Down regulates nervous system (puts you in rest, digest, healing state)
-Manage stress and anxiety
-Emotional regulation and release
